Palo Alto Craftsman Cottage

This client wanted a seating area in front of her house to enjoy nature and interact with neighbors. We replaced her lawn with an artful landscape dominated by native plants. A stone-edged gravel path connects the new seating area to the driveway, which was itself replaced with Truegrid and gravel to allow some flex from the roots of the large oak trees on the side of the property.
