Sunnyvale Corner Lot Transformation

This large corner lot required too much water from an outdated spray system. A new drip irrigation system was installed along with a dry creek to catch water runoff from the downspout. The struggling lawn was replaced with a vibrant drought-tolerant garden. We helped the clients apply for a water rebate from the city, which helped offset the cost of the project.
